Junaluska Sanitary District (JSD) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services related to the development of a Preliminary Engineering Report (PER) and full design documents for a proposed 750,000-gallon glass-fused to steal bolted water storage tank and associated infrastructure improvements including foundation, tank structure and tank appurtenances.

Questions must be received by 12/29/25. Responses to questions and any addenda to this RFQ will be posted on JSD’s website and/or distributed to firms that have requested the RFQ. It is the responsibility of each firm to ensure it has received all addenda prior to submitting its SOQ.
