The following fees are effective 3/18/2021:

All water/sewer connections may be subject to additional fees based upon size, capacity certification and availability to JSD main line. Other fees may include engineering and attorney fees. If sewer connection requires crossing of roadway, additional fees may apply. All connections require approval by the District.
