Attention JSD Customers
Please read carefully regarding bills that were waived:
- The bills that were waived by the JSD Board were for September's consumption.
- September's consumption would have been BILLED on 10/15/24.
- September's consumption would have been DUE on 11/15/24.
- NO CUSTOMERS had a bill DUE for 11/15/24. They were waived by the Board.
- Any customers with a bill that was DUE on 10/15 or earlier have until 12/15/24 to pay or will be disconnected. If you require a payment plan, you must contact the office before 12/15/24.
- There were NO disconnections for nonpayment in October nor November.
- Bills that went out this week were for October's consumption and will be due by 12/15/2024.
