JSD Office & Bill/Due Date Information

Due to weather conditions, the JSD Office may have limited hours today (Thursday, January 15thth). Due to this delay as well as the holiday weekend (office closed on Monday, January 19th) please make note of the following information regarding bills:
- New bills will not be processed and mailed until Tuesday, January 20th.
- Customers will have through Monday, January 19th to pay past due bills (office will be closed but see next note for payment options). Disconnections for nonpayment will begin prior to 8am on Tuesday, January 20th for past due bills.
- While the office is closed for weather or the holiday weekend, customers can use our payment portal www.invoicecloud.com/JunaluskaSanitaryDistrict You will need your JSD account number (including the dashes) and three letters of the name on the account. Customers may also utilize our onsite dropbox.
