10/14/2024 IMPORTANT INFORMATION

10/14/2024 ALERT#1 of 2...Please read the following important information:

1. The internet and phone system at the JSD Office is currently down. Office Hours and functions may be limited. 

2. Credit/Debit Cards and ACH Payments can still be made by customers in the payment portal but not over the phone or at the JSD Office.

3. Check/Cash payments can be made at the JSD Office but accounts cannot be looked up or accessed.

4. There will NOT be any disconnections for nonpayment this week.


10/14/2024 ALERT#2 of 2... Please read this important information regarding customer bills!

JSD Customers – All Current Bills* this month are being Waived and there will be No cut-offs in October! No Charges will be assessed for this Current Bill!

The District Board held an emergency meeting following the devastation from Hurricane Helene to assess damages to the District and its customers. The Board initiated and Approved not to bill customers in this month’s billing cycle.

In the coming days you will receive a notification letter in the mail. Following this there will be detailed information posted on website (www.jsdwater.org). This will address previous amounts and the next billing cycle in November.
