Water/Sewer Rate Increase

JSD bills, beginning with BILLING DATE of 8/15/2026 (DUE DATE of 9/15/2026), will reflect both a 5% water and a 5% sewer increase. This increase is due to Town of Waynesville's rate increases. The new rates can be found on the Fees and Rates webpage: www.jsdwater.org/fees-and-rates
